Position: Country Specialist

Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on Experience & Performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Country Specialist to lead counseling and admissions for a specific study destination. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of universities, admission processes, visa regulations, and student recruitment strategies for their assigned country.

Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities for the assigned country.

Guide students in selecting universities, courses, and admission pathways.





Manage the complete application process and documentation.

Assist students in preparing SOPs, LORs, CVs, and other admission-related documents.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of university applications.

Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation.

Stay updated on university requirements, immigration policies, and scholarship opportunities.

Coordinate with university representatives and participate in training sessions and webinars.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the visa, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.

Strong expertise in at least one major destination (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, Current Zealand, etc.).

Excellent counseling, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of university admissions and visa procedures.

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
