About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Infosys BPM. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position involves analyzing complex business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Analyst will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic objectives and client expectations. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and Agile frameworks, is highly desirable.



Candidates should have a good understanding of industry-specific processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related credentials will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.

Conduct detailed gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Develop clear and comprehensive functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.

Participate in project planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Assist in testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
