Job Purpose

We are seeking a Agentic AI & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI-powered agents that drive business decision-making and process automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in data modelling, reporting, AI agent development, and integrating data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and intelligent automation solutions.Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Create and optimize data models, semantic layers, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Develop, deploy, and manage Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, workflows, and business applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Automate business processes using AI agents, Power Platform, and workflow automation tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance across reporting and AI solutions.
- Monitor and improve dashboard performance, report refreshes, and AI agent effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot reporting, data, and AI-related issues while supporting end users.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides,



and knowledge-sharing materials.Required Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Expertise in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience creating enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, AI copilots, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI orchestration concepts.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages for data processing and AI development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Power BI Development, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or AI Solution Development.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Exposure to Databricks, Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or Azure Synapse is an added advantage.
- Experience in developing conversational AI assistants, virtual agents, or AI-powered business solutions.
