Role & responsibilities

- Experience in redevelopment projects (Slum Rehabilitation, EWS/LIG housing, affordable housing)
- Expertise in inventory monetization, market research, revenue enhancement, citizen experience improvement
- Government consulting experience (with Development Authorities / Municipal Corporations preferred)
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills with a result-oriented approach

Preferred candidate profile

Should have 7 to 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale urban, industrial, infrastructure, and township development projects.

Should have a Masters/Equivalent degree Urban planning/urban design/Urban Management/ city planning/architecture/equivalent. (Note - Combination of Engineer + Planner shall be preferred)

- Experience in Urban planning/citizen services/citizen experience improvement projects involving project planning and monitoring, performance improvement, SOP development and /or govt./public procurement.

- Government Consulting experience (preferred)
- Strong interet /background in urban issues and management

- A self-motivated critical thinker with strong analytical skills result-oriented work ethic
- Excellent written and communication
