We are looking for an experienced System, Network & Data Security Administrator to manage and secure the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role is responsible for server administration, network management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backup management, and ensuring high availability of business-critical systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, information security, and infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Server Administration

- Plan, install, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize servers running Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.
- Install, configure, and manage databases, web servers, application servers, and middleware on physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Manage servers hosted on cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Coordinate with Development, Implementation, Project, and Client teams for server sizing, capacity planning, procurement, deployment, and commissioning.
- Design and maintain High Availability (HA), Failover, and Failback solutions for business-critical servers.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and periodically test backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Perform operating system patches, firmware updates, software upgrades, and security updates with minimal downtime.
- Monitor server performance, storage utilization, logs, and hardware health.
- Ensure optimum performance, availability, and security of all production systems.

2. Network Administration

- Design, install, configure, administer, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wireless Networks, and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, load balancers, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and bandwidth-related issues.
- Design and maintain network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Ensure network availability with a target uptime of 99.99%.
- Perform capacity planning and continuous performance optimization of enterprise networks.
- Maintain documentation for network topology, IP addressing, and infrastructure changes.

3. Cloud Infrastructure Administration

- Plan, deploy, configure, and administer cloud infrastructure on AWS,



Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Manage cloud Virtual Machines (VMs), VPS, Dedicated Servers, Virtual Networks, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Storage Services, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Configure and maintain secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Administer leased lines, broadband connectivity, VPN tunnels, and multi-site network connectivity.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and business continuity of cloud-hosted services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and optimize resource utilization and operational costs.

4. Information & Data Security Administration

- Design, implement, and administer enterprise security controls across servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and endpoints.
- Protect cloud and internet-facing on-premises servers against unauthorized access, malware, ransomware, hacking attempts, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and data breaches.
- Configure and manage firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), antivirus, anti-malware, and security monitoring tools.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, security audits, patch management, and system hardening.
- Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), role-based access controls, and least-privilege principles.
- Monitor security logs and investigate security incidents.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, ransomware recovery, and cybersecurity incident response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational information security policies and industry best practices.

5. Monitoring & Infrastructure Management

- Continuously monitor servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and security systems.
- Proactively identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), asset inventory, and configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, OEMs,



and cloud service providers for issue resolution and infrastructure support.
- Participate in infrastructure planning, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

- Non-technical graduates possessing relevant technical certifications and significant hands-on experience.
