Role Purpose

The role contributes to the technical development of recent products and the improvement of existing ones, working within the R&D; team and collaborating with key company functions.

The position is focused on technical execution with responsibility for assigned activities, under the guidance of the manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Support new product development and product modification activities
- Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications)
- Collaborate with Production and Quality for product industrialization
- Participate in testing and product validation activities




- Monitor the progress of assigned technical tasks
- Interface with suppliers on technical topics
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- 4 to 7 years of experience in mechanical design (wishing similar sector)
- Good knowledge of 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor or similar)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Technical drawings
- Materials and sizing
- Manufacturing processes
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;)
- Good speaking/writing/conversation of English (Especially technical conversation)
- Knowledge in Hindi / Marathi is an Advantage.
