The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain clinical hygiene, prepare instruments, and help provide an excellent patient experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during dental procedures.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the clinic. Set up treatment rooms before patient appointments. Prepare dental materials and instruments as required.

Take and maintain patient records accurately. Assist in taking dental X-rays (if trained). Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of dental materials. Educate patients on basic oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.

Ensure smooth workflow and support the clinical team.



RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.

Dental

Assistant certification or relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.

Preferred

SkillsKnowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols. Basic computer skills. Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.
