Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – US IT Staffing to lead end-to-end delivery operations for our US staffing business. This leadership role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, managing high-performing recruitment teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery across Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, and System Integrator accounts.
- Ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions while meeting delivery SLAs.
- Improve key delivery metrics, including submission quality, interview conversions, offer acceptance, and consultant onboarding.
- Standardize delivery processes and drive operational excellence.

Team Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 15–40 recruiters and delivery professionals.
- Drive performance management, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and team engagement.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused delivery culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, MSP program managers, and procurement teams.
- Participate in client reviews, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support account growth.

Delivery Operations

- Monitor recruiter productivity, delivery dashboards, and SLA compliance.
- Forecast hiring demand and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive process improvements through automation and best practices.

Required Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Minimum 6 years in Delivery Management or Delivery Leadership.
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ recruiters.
- Solid expertise in Direct Client, MSP, and VMS hiring models.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients, Fortune 500 organizations, GCCs, or System Integrators.
- Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
