Analyze PE Funds performance by going throughfund literature such as quarterly/financial reports
Capturing fund valuation data such as investmentcost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / net IRR andfinancial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt etc.
Tracking the performance of operational KPIs andoperational updates on quarterly basis
Can lead the team of 2-3 analysts and associates
Creating / updating fund track record andreconciling the data using cash flow notices
Working around portfolio monitoring templates,including updating them on quarterly basis and making desired changes
Calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cashflows and performing various fund analytics such as attribution and valuecreation analysis
Manage the client library task such as portfoliocompany details, fund financial statements, and capital notices
Reconciling the portfolio level operational dataincluding geographical presence, headquarter and portfolio leverage
Ensure maintenance of all output reports anddashboards so that the submitted data flows through seamlessly
Modify and maintain all templates and reports asper requirement
Support the Client's quarterly valuation processand make any edits required to the valuations template on iLevel
Key Competencies:
Experience in and around Private equity/ Valuations /Financial Statement Analysis
Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity,Fund of Funds and Financial Services Industry (FSI) trends
MBA in Finance, Economics or Business management / CFA
Strong analytical, communication (written/verbal) andclient engaging skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a quick-paced,deadline-driven environment
Ability to develop and maintain lasting relationshipswith senior professionals; good interpersonal skills; goal-oriented
Ability to be a team player and contribute to thedevelopment of the team
Strong work ethics, commitment to excel and proven ability to work withminimum supervision
