Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their event vision, budget, and specific requirements. Understand their preferences for venues, themes, decor, entertainment, and other related services.
2. Planning and Coordination: Develop a comprehensive event plan, including timelines, budgets, vendor selection, and negotiations. Coordinate all aspects of the event.
3. Labour Management: Getting work done by Flower team, Decoration Team, labours as per design.
4. Vendor Management: Research, select, and manage vendors, including Led Lights, Generator, and other service providers. Collaborate with vendors to ensure they understand the client's expectations and deliver high-quality services.
5. On-site Event Execution: Oversee the setup, coordination, and execution of the wedding day.
Ensure all vendors are informed of their roles and responsibilities, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure the smooth flow of the wedding day activities.
6. Production & Installation

- Financial Reconciliation: Finalise all invoices, process crew timesheets, and ensure the project is closed out within budget.
- Documentation: For film/TV, maintain continuity photos and notes for potential re-shoots.
