Eone Capital is a specialist fundraising advisory for India's consumer-facing businesses. We represent consumer brands, franchise businesses, and retail chains raising ₹50 lakhs to ₹50 crore from HNIs, family offices, angel networks, and institutional funds.

We are selective. We have evaluated 200+ businesses and rejected ~92% of them. The ones we represent are investment-grade before we make a single investor introduction.

The Role

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of startups, consumer brands, and early-stage capital — and is willing to do the ground-level work that makes that happen.

Your job is to find the right businesses for us. You will identify post-revenue consumer founders who are thinking about raising capital, have the first conversation, assess whether they transparent our basic mandate, and bring them into our pipeline. Everything after that — evaluation, investor matching, outreach — is handled internally.

This is a deal origination role. It is relationship-driven and target-driven, not a research or analysis role.

What We Are Looking For

— Genuine interest in Indian consumer brands — FMCG, F&B;, personal care, wellness, pet care, fashion, franchise businesses





— Someone who follows the Indian startup ecosystem actively — knows who is raising, who just launched, what is trending

— Comfortable reaching out cold and having business conversations with founders

— Able to learn quickly what makes a consumer business fundable and what does not

— Hungry to build something, not looking for a passive learning experience

Background does not matter as much as attitude. If you are a fresher who follows D2C brands obsessively and can hold a real conversation with a founder, we want to talk to you.

What This Looks Like Day to Day

— Identifying post-revenue consumer founders through communities, LinkedIn, accelerators, and events

— Having qualification calls and presenting opportunities to the founding team

— Attending startup events, demo days, and D2C founder meetups

— Managing an active pipeline and tracking conversations

Compensation

Performance-linked. You earn on every mandate you source that closes. Fixed component discussed based on experience and commitment level.
