Job Summary

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. What youll do

- Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML, NLP, and LLM models into production environments, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, build and curate datasets, run experiments, and evaluate model performance to support data-driven decisions.
- Help integrate data science solutions into current business processes.




- Follow and contribute to process standards and best practices in Machine Learning as applicable to the retail industry.
- Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Continuously learn and apply the latest research, tools, and techniques in AI/ML.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

What youll bring

- Master s or Bachelor s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a relevant discipline. Educational qualifications should preferably be in Computer Science or a strongly quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML models.
- Good programming skills across data science, statistical analysis, and the ML stack.
- Strong communication skills with an inclination to high ownership and commitment.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, deploying AI/ML solutions to production.
- Mandatory Skills: NLP, Computer Vision, Multimodal Modelling, Python

Valuable to have

- Experience building LLMs and Vision-based models.
- Scientific publications or intellectual property generation.
- Experience with the e-commerce / retail domain.
