ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are hiring contractual Data Processing Analysts for a pilot project. This role is suitable for graduates with strong English communication skills, a qualified attitude, and a willingness to work from office. Selected candidates will support the project as per defined business requirements and operational guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support day-to-day activities related to the pilot project
- Follow project guidelines, instructions, and quality expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members




- Maintain workplace discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct
- Complete assigned tasks within expected timelines
- Participate in training, assessments, and review processes as required

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Willingness to work from the office
- Demonstrated professional attitude and appropriate workplace behaviour

TENURE & EXTENSION: This is a contractual role for a pilot project. Any decision regarding extension or renewal of the engagement at the end of the contract period will depend on the success of the pilot project and business requirements.

SELECTION PROCESS:

- Upon receipt of the application and resume, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an English Proficiency Assessment at their respective centres.
- Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will proceed to the subsequent interview stages.
- Final selection will be based on performance across all stages and business requirements.

COMPENSATION: Compensation for this position will be as per the applicable minimum wage.
