About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare data modeling, integration, and analysis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, optimizing SQL queries, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including healthcare operations, finance, clinical, and compliance to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

Your expertise will contribute to building scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing monitoring systems, and enhancing our data analytics capabilities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, healthcare analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, particularly with benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is essential. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets is required, along with familiarity with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.





Experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst specializing in healthcare, your responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on large healthcare datasets, such as claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data. You will write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for regulatory and business reporting purposes. You will support healthcare data modeling and integration efforts by collaborating with data engineering teams to facilitate reliable data ingestion from various source systems, including claims processing and provider platforms.

You will contribute to analytics initiatives focused on value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will create process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to document healthcare data workflows, using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io. Documenting healthcare business rules, data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting methodologies is essential to standardize metrics and ensure consistency across reporting frameworks.

Engaging with stakeholders across multiple departments, including Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance, will be a key aspect of your role. You will translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights,



presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams. Your efforts will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
