We are seeking a senior, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Consultant with previous implementation experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and configure the D365 Customer Insights application using core out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Support the loading of reference data into Customer Insights from Databricks.
- Work with fully mapped data provided by the team.
- Configure minimal custom tables if required.
- Support testing and execute testing activities when needed.
- Assist with business-led campaign creation and data-load validation.




- Collaborate with US SMEs, who will create approximately 40 campaigns.
- Maintain delivery momentum and adapt to changing project priorities.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Previous D365 Customer Insights implementation experience within the insurance industry is mandatory.
- Solid experience in application setup and out-of-the-box configuration.
- Experience supporting data loads and integrating data from Databricks or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of reference data, custom tables, data validation, and testing.
