Role Description The Cyber Security Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing the organization’s information and cyber security framework, including the protection of applications, networks, and data across systems and locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, leading vulnerability assessments, monitoring security events, and coordinating incident response activities.

The Cyber Security

Manager will collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership teams to assess risks,



recommend controls, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, managing security projects, and supporting continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust cybersecurity and information security skills, including policy development, risk management, and incident response.

Candidates should possess application security expertise, including secure coding practices, application threat modeling, and security testing.

Candidates should possess network security skills, including firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention, and secure network architecture.

Candidates should possess experience in vulnerability assessment, including vulnerability scanning, analysis, remediation planning, and reporting.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience in managing security operations or cyber security teams within complex, multi-site organizations.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
