Role Description This is a part time, remote CXO role for a top corporate leader providing dynamic leadership for VIKSHIT BHARAT Conferences & Awards & Mega Expo at IGEN – India Global Expo News (www.igenworld.com).

The Selected CXO's will actively assist as a Subject Matter Expert in effective execution for conferences, awards programs, and mega expos across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. Daily responsibilities include setting growth objectives, steering cross-functional teams, coordinating with partners and sponsors, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact B2B events and content initiatives. The role includes stakeholder engagement with CEOs, CXOs, founders, investors, policy leaders, and industry associations, while representing IGEN across digital platforms and physical events.

The CXO will mentor leadership council members, drive innovation in formats and experiences, oversee budgets and performance metrics, and contribute actively to the long-term Viksit Bharat 2047 mission.

Qualifications

- You should be a agile CEO or COO or CFO or CHRO or CTO or any other CXO with 20 years of B2B SECTOR Experience

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business data, assess market opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

- Candidates should possess solid Finance expertise to manage budgets, evaluate ROI, and oversee financial planning for conferences, awards, and expos.
