Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through designated support channels. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards. Deliver exceptional customer experience and represent the brand professionally. Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Compensation & Rewards Annual CTC: ₹4.15 LPA Monthly CTC: ₹34,000 Approximate Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹29,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI):



₹1,700 per month upon target achievement (eligible from the 3rd month).

Annual PLI: ₹20,000+ (Approx.) Additional Incentives: As per company policy for exceptional performance.

Work Schedule 5 working days per week 9-hour rotational shifts (including a 1-hour break) Effective working hours: 8 hours per day Rotational weekly offs Eligibility Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Minimum age: 18 years. Candidates pursuing regular/full-time courses are not eligible.
