Company Description
DravaaX is an India-based company that supports and extends the operations of ARTMiE, a European e-commerce brand in the art supplies and creative industry. ARTMiE, founded in Slovakia in 2007, serves millions of customers across more than 15 European countries through a network of over 70 localized online shops. With a robust reputation for quality, reliability, and customer-focused service, ARTMiE continues to grow its international presence.
At DravaaX, team members collaborate closely with ARTMiE to drive operational excellence, streamline international workflows, and support a global creative ecosystem. The company is committed to building efficient processes, supporting creative communities, and enabling scalable growth across markets.
About the Role
You will be the voice of ARTMiE in two places at once: on the helpline for different markets, and across all of ARTMiE's social media channels for every country it operates in, including the global account.
This is a people job before it is a marketing job. Most of your day is spent answering real questions from real customers, some of them frustrated, some of them curious, some of them about to buy something for the first time. The rest is spent making ARTMiE's social presence a place worth coming back to.
ARTMiE's customers are painters, students, hobbyists and art teachers. They care a great deal about what they buy and they ask detailed questions. You will need to care too. You will work closely with the ARTMiE team in Europe.
We work with AI tools across every role at ARTMiE and DravaaX, and this one is no exception. You will use them to draft, translate, summarise and speed up the repetitive parts of the job.
What you'll do
Community management (all markets, plus the global account)
- Read and reply to every comment and direct message across all of ARTMiE's social media channels, for all country accounts
- Answer product questions, order queries and complaints, or escalate them to the right person when you can't
- Reply in a way that invites a response back. A "thanks!" closes a conversation; a good reply starts one
- Hide or report spam and abuse, and flag anything that needs a manager's attention
- Use AI tools to work faster on drafting, translation and volume, and edit the output so it reads on-brand
- Keep a running log of questions and complaints that come up repeatedly, and share it weekly
Customer helpline (assigned markets)
- Handle inbound emails and chat for your assigned countries
- Track and follow up on open issues until they're actually resolved
- Record common issues so the root cause gets fixed, not just the ticket
Publishing
- Schedule and publish posts across all channels and all accounts, against an agreed calendar
- Write engaging captions
- Adapt content for each market and each platform
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years in customer support, community management, or social media, ideally some combination
- Excellent written English. You will be writing to European customers all day and your replies represent ARTMiE
- Genuine patience with people. Some customers will be rude. Some will ask the same question five times
- Hands-on experience running social media accounts for a business or organisation, not just personal accounts
- Comfort with platform business tools (Meta Business Suite and equivalents), or the ability to learn them quickly
- Comfortable working with AI tools day to day. You do not need to be an expert, but you should already be using them, learn, and able to tell us how
- Ability to work the European-overlap shift
