We're Hiring | Telecaller & CRM Executive

Hack Daily is looking for a Telecaller & CRM Executive to join our growing team and help us build exceptional customer relationships.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Follow up with leads, customers, and existing users

Manage customer data and interactions through the CRM system

Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, deliveries, and payments

Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

Maintain accurate customer records and call logs

- Support customer retention, repeat purchases, and feedback collection

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in Telecalling,



Customer Support, or CRM (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)

Solid communication skills in English & Hindi

Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is a plus

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
