We are looking for 1+ Years of experience for the International Voice Process.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat with professionalism and accuracy

✅ Resolve customer concerns at the first point of contact

✅ Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Upsell products/services where appropriate

✅ Maintain and update customer records in internal systems

✅ Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
