Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, or ticketing queries from customers in a professional and timely manner.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, provide accurate product or service information, and offer practical solutions.

Escalation Management: Coordinate with internal departments (technical support, sales, logistics, or quality assurance) to escalate complex issues and follow up until resolved.

Ticket Data Maintenance: Maintain detailed, up-to-date logs of customer interactions, feedback, and ticket statuses in the CRM or support system.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to share with operational teams for process and product improvement.

Relationship Building: Build trust and solid relationships with customers through clear,



empathetic, and effective communication.
