About the Job

We're looking for a product-savvy and client-focused professional to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding and solutioning to account growth by helping customers maximize the value of the DeltaX platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver tailored solutions, build trusted client relationships, and drive long-term customer success. Key responsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding

Lead product demos, understand client requirements, and recommend the best platform solutions.

Own client onboarding, implementation, training, and product adoption from kick off to go-live.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, account growth, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Media, Creative, and Development teams to ensure timely client delivery.

Maintain solution documentation, onboarding playbooks, product feedback, and implementation best practices.

Escalate risks or blockers to leadership as needed

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions, Onboarding, or Account Management within SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or product-based companies.

Robust experience conducting product demos,



translating business requirements into product solutions, and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Good understanding of platform configurations, integrations, APIs, digital marketing, campaign management, reporting, or financial operations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM, onboarding, reporting, or campaign management tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, ClicData, or similar platforms.

Experience creating onboarding playbooks or mentoring team members is an added advantage.
