Job Responsibilities

Onboard transporter partners and help them complete their profiles.

Generate new transporter sign-ups through outbound calling.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Conduct product demos and increase platform adoption.

Follow up to ensure successful onboarding and activation.

Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and renewals.

Achieve daily and weekly sign-up/onboarding targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Telecalling, or Telesales.

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
