We are looking for a motivated and dynamic CRM Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining robust relationships with our clients, managing customer data, and ensuring smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain, update, and manage customer databases accurately using MS Excel.
- Handle basic computer operations and navigate software/CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads or existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist the team with daily administrative and data entry tasks as needed.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications/Graduation are a plus).
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filtering) and comfortable with general computer operations.
- Soft Skills: Good interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹11,077.25 - ₹32,692.54 per month
