Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end architectural design for residential/commercial projects
- Develop concept designs, master planning, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local authority norms and regulations
- Review and approve drawings, layouts, and design submissions
- Manage project timelines, quality standards, and design deliverables
- Work closely with construction and project teams for execution support
- Optimize space planning, functionality, and cost efficiency
- Handle authority approvals and liaison where required

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate/high-rise residential projects
- Strong expertise in design development and project execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Good knowledge of local building bylaws and approval processes
- Solid leadership, coordination, and communication skills
