Job requirements

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in mechatronic system design and development.

- Deep knowledge of motion control, dynamics, sensing/actuation, and precision mechanics

- Experience with multi-disciplinary projects and team leadership

- Full proficiency in Beckhoff PLC

- Solid communication and leadership skills

- Fluent English, written and spoken

Tech Skills:

- Must-haves:

- Motion control and dynamics

- Sensing and actuation systems

- System modelling and simulation

- Precision mechanics and design

- Experience with Beckhoff industrial automation and control systems

Good to have:

- Experience with robotics and machine vision

- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital twin technologies

- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g. ISO 13849, IEC 61508)





- Experience with cloud-based data analytics and IoT platforms

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA)

- System modelling and simulation (MATLAB, Simulink)

- Proficiency in Python and /or C++

- Familiarity with FEM and thermal analysis.
