Job Title: Purchase Executive to Assistant Manager (Depending on the experience level)

Position Type: On Roll
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 4 to 10 Years in Purchase/Procurement/Supply Chain (*Mandatory Rubber industry*)

Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering / MBA /DBM will be an added advantage / Any Graduate (with relevant exp. in rubber industry)

Responsibility:

Procurement of raw materials (Rubber & Rubber Chemicals) with a focus on imports. This is a support role with scope to grow over time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure raw materials rubber and rubber chemicals(Mandatory).
- Manage import procedures and documentation.
- Maintain stock levels (min-max) and track inventory.
- Monitor vendor delivery and quality performance.
- Develop new sources and alternate products.
- Prepare management reports.
- Follow ISO standards (ISO 9001,



ISO 13485, etc.).
- Stay updated on market trends.

Skills Required:

- SAP knowledge(Mandatory) POs, LCs, etc.
- MS Office Excel, PPT, Word.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of raw material planning and inventory control.
- Basic knowledge of ISO and quality standards.

Additional Responsibilties

- Any other duties assigned by the superiors from time to time.
- Ensuring appropriate documentation like purchase orders, MSN, Daily reports, QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485:2016 documentation and other audit requirement awareness.
- Maintain records for alternate material source development and the savings achieved from time to time.
- Ensure the departmental Policies and processes are aligned / updated time to time with the changing customer requirements pertaining to EHS, Quality, Products, Material, People Sustainable development Initiatives etc.
- Collecting data from Accounts team to compile Top Management Meeting (MCM) PPT on monthly basis.
