Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Job Summary Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Pega solutions by providing technical leadership within one or more workstreams. Collaborate with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. Drive implementation excellence, uphold development standards, mentor development teams, and contribute to modernization initiatives leveraging Pega Constellation, AI capabilities, and cloud-native technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the solution design and technical implementation for assigned Pega applications or workstreams.

Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.

Design application components, case types, data models, integrations, security configurations, and user interfaces in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails, coding standards, and development best practices.

Develop and review technical designs, implementation approaches, and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.

Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems using REST,



SOAP, and messaging technologies.

Contribute to modernization initiatives, including adoption of Pega Constellation, platform upgrades, cloud migration, and DevOps practices.

Leverage Pega AI capabilities, including Pega GenAI Blueprint and AI-assisted development features, to improve development productivity and solution quality.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Provide technical estimates, support sprint planning, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of assigned workstreams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while supporting production stability and application performance.

Conduct code reviews and mentor System Architects and developers to improve technical capability and adherence to best practices.

Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and CI/CD implementation.

Contribute reusable components, frameworks, and technical documentation to improve engineering efficiency.

Stay current with evolving Pega capabilities, including Constellation, AI, and cloud technologies, and recommend practical improvements within the workstream.



Skilled & Technical Skills Must Have Skills Strong proficiency in Pega Platform (Pega Infinity).

Experience designing and developing enterprise Pega applications.

Good understanding of solution design principles and application architecture within enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Case Management, Data Pages, Integrations, Security, Decisioning, and Reporting.

Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and modern UI development.

Exposure to Pega GenAI Blueprint, AI-assisted application development, or intelligent automation capabilities.

Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns.

Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and application development best practices.

Experience with DevOps practices, Git, Jenkins, Deployment Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Pega Cloud and/or public cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Additional

Information

Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform.

CSSA certification is mandatory. LSA certification or progress toward certification is preferred.

Experience leading technical delivery for one or more enterprise Pega applications or workstreams.

Experience with Pega Constellation implementation and modernization initiatives is preferred.

Exposure to AI-enabled application development and Pega GenAI capabilities is desirable.

A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
