IAMA Designers & Developers LLP is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating meetings, and supporting smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and relevant internal departments.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients regarding project progress and updates.




- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records.
- Support project confirmation and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
