Role Description End-to-End Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality live-action video content.

Animation: Design, illustrate, and animate engaging motion graphics and explainer videos (2D animation skills essential; 3D is a plus).

Platform Strategy: Adapt content formats and styles to maximize engagement for both Instagram (fast-paced, creative, aesthetic)



and LinkedIn (professional, informative, authoritative).

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with broader campaigns and company messaging.

Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive production assets and project files. Qualifications

Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing both video editing and animation (please include links).

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or comparable tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Blender).

Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of current social media trends, aspect ratios, and what drives engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Creative Edge: Robust eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and kinetic typography.

Self-Starter: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of the creative process from start to finish.
