THE NAAAZ is a D2C women's fashion brand built for social commerce. We sell across our own store and 10+ marketplaces, with an AI stylist, a loyalty ecosystem, and a creator-led affiliate community. We move quick, ship weekly, and treat content as the product — not the packaging.

The role

You own how the brand looks, sounds, and feels everywhere a customer meets it. Not just pretty grids — creative that converts, and a system that keeps producing it after you've built it.

What you'll do

- Own and evolve the brand identity: visual language, tone of voice, art direction across web, social, packaging, and marketplace listings
- Build the content engine — shoot calendars, creator briefs, UGC frameworks — so we ship consistently, not occasionally
- Concept and lead campaigns end-to-end:



from the idea to the reel that actually gets saved and shared
- Art-direct product and lifestyle shoots (models, styling, location, post-production)
- Turn our loyalty program, affiliate tiers, and AI stylist into creative people want to engage with, not features buried in a footer
- Build and manage a small in-house team plus a bench of freelancers, photographers, editors, and creators
- Work directly with founders on positioning, launches, and what we bet on next

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
