About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative individual who lives and breathes video editing, graphic design and social media creatives.

You'll work directly with the founders to create content, advertisements and campaigns that will be seen by thousands of people every week.

This is not a generic marketing internship.

This is for someone obsessed with creating better videos, better thumbnails, better advertisements and better brand creatives every single day.

What You'll DoVideo Editing (Primary Responsibility)

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Create performance-driven Meta ad creatives.
- Produce engaging product videos, athlete stories and event content.
- Edit founder content into highly engaging short-form videos.
- Create motion graphics, transitions and storytelling edits.

Creative Design
- Design premium social media posts and carousels.
- Create banners, landing page creatives and website assets.
- Design Meta advertisement creatives.
- Create product launch creatives.
- Design campaign assets for sporting events and partnerships.
- Ensure every creative follows WithGrit's brand identity.

Performance Marketing Creatives
- Create and test multiple ad creatives for Meta Ads.
- Design creatives focused on improving click-through rates and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to continuously improve creative performance.




- Analyse winning creatives and replicate successful formats.

Mandatory Skills (Expert Level Required) Applicants must have expert-level proficiency in the following tools:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Figma
- DaVinci Resolve

These skills are mandatory . Applicants who are not highly proficient in these tools will not be shortlisted.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Adobe After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
