- Greet and assist customers at for sales and service of their vechile
- Explain vehicle features, finance & insurance options
- Coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery & service appointments
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and feedback calls
- Maintain customer database and ensure satisfaction
- Support sales & service teams with smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
- some other official worked assigned by their concern team manger
- Experience in automobile sector preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
