About the Role

- Deliver instructor-led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training programs for corporate professionals.

- Facilitate practical learning through case studies, workshops, and real-world business scenarios.

- Mentor participants on Lean Six Sigma projects and certification readiness.

- Develop and enhance course content aligned with industry best practices.

- Support organizations in driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (online/classroom) on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt concepts and methodologies.

- Create, review, and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and hands-on exercises.

- Guide learners through DMAIC projects, providing coaching and feedback throughout the learning journey.

- Assess learner performance, address queries, and ensure high training quality and participant satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to customize training programs based on business requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- PeopleCert Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

(Mandatory).

- 4–10 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma,



Project Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

- Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer or Technical Trainer is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, Lean tools, and continuous improvement practices.

- Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring abilities with strong classroom management skills.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging learning experiences.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual training platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Experience

- 4–10 years of relevant industry and/or corporate training experience.

- Experience delivering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification programs.

- Hands-on involvement in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Exposure to cross-functional projects across diverse industries is preferred.

- Experience mentoring certification candidates and reviewing improvement projects.
