Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, including identifying potential employers, internship providers, and industry collaborators for the institute’s students and programs. Day-to-day activities include meeting with corporate stakeholders, understanding their talent and training needs, coordinating campus drives and recruitment events, and aligning institute offerings with market requirements.

The Corporate Relations

Manager will also collaborate with academic and training teams to design industry-relevant initiatives, manage corporate communications,



and track outcomes of partnerships and placements. Regular reporting on corporate engagement, student opportunities, and revenue or partnership growth is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management to develop, nurture, and expand industry partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Finance and Sales to support partnership proposals, pricing discussions, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Experience in corporate outreach, placement coordination, or business development within education, training, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology or training domains and an understanding of current industry hiring trends are preferred.
