Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance with hands-on experience in fundraising transactions, financial markets, IPO processes, and transaction structuring.

The role will involve supporting a Series D fundraising transaction and subsequently driving IPO readiness and preparation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support equity, debt, and hybrid fundraising transactions.
- Manage investor queries and coordinate with investors, bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support SHA negotiations, transaction documentation, due diligence, and regulatory/corporate secretarial filings.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and support valuation thesis development.
- Map IPO requirements and create an IPO readiness roadmap.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close IPO-readiness gaps.
- Support preparation of investor presentations, pitch books, prospectuses, and other transaction-related documents.
- Track industry players and provide market and valuation insights.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Capital Markets, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience in fundraising transactions is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of IPO processes, financial markets, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
- Prior experience on an IPO mandate or IPO preparation will be an added advantage.
- Strong financial concepts, analytical skills, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA is mandatory.
