X Copywriter – Entertainment & Social Media

Job Type - (Freelance / Part-Time)

Job Location - Hyderabad Role Overview We're looking for a creative copywriter with a robust understanding of entertainment, pop culture, and social media trends. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-impact content that sparks conversations, builds anticipation around movie releases, and keeps audiences engaged on X.

Key Responsibilities - Write engaging social media content in English and one regional language (Malayalam or Kannada).

- Create 2–3 social media posts daily, with increased output (5–8 posts) during movie releases, events, and special campaigns.
- Develop topical, moment marketing, and trend-based content that resonates with entertainment audiences.
- Conceptualize witty, culturally relevant campaigns around films, celebrities, festivals, and internet trends.
- Adapt the brand voice based on different movies, genres, actors, or promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with social media managers, designers, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated on movie news,



celebrity culture, memes, and trending conversations to produce real-time content.
- Deliver content quickly for announcements, launches, trailers, and other time-sensitive promotions.

Preferred Skills - Excellent writing skills in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil).

- Strong understanding of entertainment marketing, cinema, celebrity culture, and digital trends.
- Experience creating viral social media campaigns, topical content, and moment marketing. The portfolio should demonstrate creativity through festival campaigns, pop-culture referencestopical creatives, or viral brand activations.
- Ability to think concept-first and translate ideas into platform-specific copy for X
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and turnaround time.
