Job Title: Controller US Client Accounting (Work from Home) Location: Remote (India)

Reports To: Sr Controller / Director / VP

Shift: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (flexibility required)

About the Role The Controller will manage multiple client relationships, ensure service delivery excellence, and oversee endtoend accounting operations. This role requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, multiclient environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred
- 15+ years of relevant accounting and financial management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple USbased clients and SLAs
- Prior experience in retail or restaurant industries preferred

Key Responsibilities Client & Financial Management

- Own multiple client engagements
- Deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports
- Drive structured monthend close processes with reconciliations and review controls
- Maintain accountability for client SLAs and deliverables
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights

Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor accounting teams across functions
- Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and career development
- Foster a highperformance, clientfocused culture

Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify and implement automation/process improvement initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processe
