We’re Hiring | Contracts / Legal Operations Specialist (US Federal) We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in US Federal Contracting & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join our team.

EXP : 4 - 8 years

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, amend & redline contracts – MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, BPAs, POs, vendor & employment agreements
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle – execution to close-out
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS & federal regulations
- Support contracts for agencies like NASA, USPS, FDIC, IRS
- Identify contractual risks & recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with finance, legal, procurement & delivery teams
- Maintain contract repositories using CLM tools

Required Skills ✔ Strong CLM experience ✔ US Federal contracting knowledge





✔ Contract review, redlining & risk assessment

✔ Legal drafting & research skills

Preferred Big4 / Deloitte / Govt projects | CLM tools (VantagePoint, Costpoint, OpenText, Ironclad, DocuSign)
