Skills

- Install and Configure all server software and hardware

Ticketing tool, Could Applications.




- Support the network environment on a 24x7 basis
- Provide off hour and weekend support as required.
- The onsite resource will be supported by subject matter experts who would ensure continuity and smooth operations.
- Manage Servers and Technology tools
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Vendor co-ordination and get OEM Support as and when require
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewall
- Upgrade system with new releases and models
- Develops expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Response to and resolve help desk request
- Systems administration and maintain all Operation systems like (Windows, Linux, AIX etc.)
- Maintain windows servers, AD Backup, Patch Management and System Security.
- Responsible to Maintain VMware and IBM LPAR, Storage and Backup Management and Coordinate and provide support for System, Responsible for preparation of Incident Reports and RCA.
- Manage security and Disaster recovery sites.
