Aboutthe Role

We are looking for a Content Creation & Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team and help build Rentomojo’s voice across digital platforms.

This role is for someone who believes great brands are built through great stories. Someone who can spot cultural moments, turn audience insights into content ideas, create thumb-stopping videos, and understand what makes people engage, share, and connect with content.

This is not just a social media execution role. It is an prospect to shape how a fast-growing consumer brand shows up online and create content that reaches millions.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

● Develop and execute content ideas aligned with Rentomojo’s brand goals, audience insights, and marketing campaigns.

● Create videos - product explainers, skits, trend-led videos, and storytelling formats for

Instagram, YouTube, and paid social campaigns.

● Build a strong understanding of Rentomojo’s products, customers, and category to create meaningful and engaging content.

Social Media Management

● Manage and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

● Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that drive audience interaction.

● Monitor content performance and identify patterns, learnings, and opportunities for growth.

Shoot Planning & Execution

● Plan, manage,



and execute on-ground shoots while ensuring timely production and smooth coordination.

● Coordinate with videographers and editors to deliver high-quality content.

● Support creative direction during shoots to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.

Community & Audience Insights

● Monitor comments, DMs, and audience conversations to understand customer sentiment.

● Identify customer pain points, questions, and behaviours to generate relevant content ideas.

● Build relationships with creators and identify collaboration opportunities.

● Use audience insights and content performance data to improve social media strategy and brand communication.

Who We're Looking For

● Someone with a strong on camera presence to create authentic, relatable brand content.

● 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.

● Someone who actively follows social trends and understands what makes content perform.

● Ability to ideate strong hooks, scripts, and creative concepts.

● Hands-on experience with shooting and editing content using smartphones

● Strong creative thinking with an eye for storytelling, trends, and aesthetics.

Bonus Points If You

● Have built your own creator page or content portfolio.

● Have experience creating UGC content or working with brands and influencers.
