Role Description The Concrete Pump Vendor role is a full time, on-site position based in Varanasi. This role involves coordinating the supply and operation of concrete pumps for Ready Mix Concrete deliveries to various construction sites. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and dispatching pumps, overseeing pump setup and safe operation at sites, and ensuring timely and accurate placement of concrete as per project requirements.

The Concrete Pump

Vendor will liaise with site engineers, contractors, and internal logistics teams to optimize pumping operations,



minimize downtime, and maintain equipment in good working condition. The role also includes monitoring safety standards, maintaining service records, and supporting continuous improvement in pumping efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in handling Ready Mix Concrete and understanding its application in various construction scenarios.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operations, particularly concrete pumps, and related machinery.
- Experience with formwork and flatwork in concrete construction environments.
- Basic carpentry skills related to concrete works and site preparation.
- Strong focus on safety procedures and compliance with site regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage schedules effectively.
- Prior experience in concrete pumping, construction, or RMC operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or equipment operation is an advantage.
