- Handle E-Mitra and CSC online services
- Work on banking and digital service tasks
- Data entry and document processing
- Assist customers with government online services
- Maintain records and daily computer operations
? Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
- Internet browsing and online form filling knowledge
