Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Enforcing our company policy with regards to supply chain compliance
- Researching regulations and the applicability to Fastenal
- Creating and enforcing standard operating guideline while driving continuous improvement
- Continuing the improvement of supplier portal
- Documents verification and compliance review for bring supplier on board and/or supplier information change.
- Supplier ID creation in FASTENAL systems.
- Creating compliance governance at each stage of Fastenal Brand products life cycle.
- Using internal systems such as PeopleSoft, PIM, and Microsoft Office suite Required position qualifications: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.




- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (V-lookups and basic formatting)
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate solid organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as a team.
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
- Working experience in chemicals, EHS or related regulations is preferred.
