Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our compliance and finance functions through data analysis, dashboard creation, and process automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compliance regulations such as GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements , along with hands-on experience in Java and Google Apps Script .

This role will be primarily responsible for preparing, maintaining, and automating compliance dashboards, analyzing business data, and generating reports that enable informed decision-making while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze compliance and operational data for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for management using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
- Automate data collection, reporting, and workflow processes using Google Apps Script.
- Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of compliance-related information.
- Assist in internal audits by preparing audit reports, documentation, and supporting data.
- Monitor compliance with GST, TDS,



and other statutory regulations by reviewing financial and operational records.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to streamline reporting processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to increase operational efficiency.
- Generate periodic compliance reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
- Maintain documentation related to dashboards, automation scripts, and audit findings.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation regulations .
- Hands-on experience with Java and Google Apps Script .
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets , formulas, data manipulation, and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
