Role Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance our rewards programs. This role requires expertise in compensation design, benefits governance, analytics, and stakeholder management, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, incentives).
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
- Design and maintain salary ranges and compa-ratio frameworks.
- Administer benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, statutory & voluntary benefits).
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and ensure audit readiness.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, C&B; team for aligned decision-making.




- Drive automation and process improvements in HRIS and rewards tools.

Desired Skills & Expertise

- Strong knowledge of compensation structuring, benchmarking, and incentive design.
- Benefits management and vendor governance experience.
- HR analytics and dashboard development.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- MBA / Bachelors degree in Finance or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant C&B; experience in mid-to-large organizations (preferably MNCs).
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder groups.
