Role & responsibilities

- Support and shape the delivery of compensation processes, ensuring alignment with Group principles, local requirements, business priorities and governance standards.

- Contribute to pay budget planning by preparing data-led inputs, assessing affordability considerations and supporting review of options, assumptions and implications.

- Support Pay Review and Individual Planning for Non-VP and VP populations through senior delivery expertise, decision support, exception governance and appropriate stakeholder challenge.

- Provide specialist input on pay planning guidance, pay equity, ARC impacts and benefits calculations, translating analysis into practical recommendations.

- Support variable compensation activity, including pool modelling, distribution principles, Finance alignment, approval governance and payment readiness.

- Contribute to benchmarking and market intelligence by interpreting internal and external data, assessing competitive positioning and preparing clear recommendations.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve data quality, using automation, analytics and AI-enabled approaches to increase efficiency and support better decision-making.





- Work with the Benefits Strategist and wider reward community on benefits and related topics, providing specialist input, issue resolution and implementation support where required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Reward or C&B; experience, with breadth across pay review, pay budgets, variable pay, benchmarking, benefits, governance and advisory support.

- Experience supporting country delivery, ideally within a CoC model, and applying Group frameworks in a local business context.

- Confident working with employee, pay and benefits data, including validation, reconciliation, interpretation, reporting and analysis.

- Able to work effectively as an integrated member of the C&B; CoC, building solid relationships across locations.

- Able to engage across HR, Finance and business teams, providing practical challenge, clear follow-through and sound judgement on reward issues.

- Comfortable using digital tools, automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, insight generation and decision support, with appropriate review and confidentiality controls.

- Spain HR or reward experience would be valued but is not essential.
