Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Communications Expert serving working professionals, toddlers (domestic), and students of all grades across Indian regions.

The Communications

Expert will design and deliver age-appropriate communication programs, including spoken and written language development activities, interactive sessions, and educational content tailored to diverse learner groups. Daily work includes creating clear instructional materials, conducting online workshops or classes, and adapting communication strategies for different age brackets and learning levels. The role involves collaborating with educators and parents, preparing learner progress updates, and maintaining consistent,



supportive communication with stakeholders.

The Communications

Expert will also refine messaging for internal educational initiatives and support outreach to learners and families through digital channels.

Qualifications

Strong foundational skills in Communication and Internal Communications, with the ability to adapt messaging for toddlers, school students, and working professionals.

Experience in Writing and preparing Press Releases to clearly communicate program goals, updates, and achievements.

Skills in Strategic Communications, including planning and executing age-appropriate communication strategies for diverse learner groups.

Background in education, training, language development, or related fields, with experience in online or remote learning environments.

Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.

Ability to design engaging learning activities, manage virtual sessions, and provide constructive feedback to learners and guardians.

Solid organizational skills, reliability in remote work, and comfort with digital tools and e-learning platforms.

Relevant degree or certification in Communications, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline preferred.
