– Collection Executive (MSME) Position: Collection Executive (MSME) Location: Hansi, Hisar & Kaithal, Haryana About the Role PFL Finance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Collection Executives to manage MSME loan collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in field collections, portfolio management, and recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities Manage collections for the assigned MSME loan portfolio.

Achieve monthly collection efficiency targets.

Conduct field visits for overdue account recovery.

Monitor and control delinquency levels (PAR).

Recover overdue and hard bucket accounts (60+ DPD & 90+ DPD).

Negotiate repayment plans and settlement cases.

Ensure timely customer follow-ups and PTP (Promise to Pay) conversions.

Maintain accurate collection records and reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

Criteria Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME Collections.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel for field collections.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
